Construction Services for the New W Street, NE Bus Terminal for the Office of State Superintendent of Education’s Division of Transportation (“OSSE DOT”)

The Reservoir Park Recreation Center is the first building to come online in a long-envisioned redevelopment of the historic McMillan Sand Filtration Site, a 25-acre water treatment facility dating to 1905.

We had the privilege of contributing to this project by fabricating and installing a range of custom metalwork, including railings, manhole covers, gratings, fences, and corten steel retaining walls. This project required a diverse set of fabrication techniques, including CNC plasma cutting, plate bending, pipe rolling and bending, and working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel.
